Today i woke up on the wrong side of the bed. Actually i fell asleep on the living room couch after i got ready for school which starts at 1oam today. When i regained consciousness it was exactly 9am. So i got up grumpy and stressed. Partly because of worrying about my missing LAN card. Mostly due to the project..haiz. So anyway i kissed my mom goodbye and went off to school.

School was pretty light today. Fun i should say. I love the modules this semester.

But then first on schedule today was Fundamentals of Internetworking Technology. Requirements: Laptop and LAN card
But i've no LAN card!!! Crash! It's the end of the world for me.
Nevertheless Junida always finds a way out. I started smsing everyone i know. Borrow..Borrow..Help Meee!

Before the LAN card problem could even be solved, another problem arose. My lappie being an old model, has no socket to insert the crosswire and straight-through cable for today's experiment. It only has a scoket for telephone line. Dammit rite..like yahh! Dat means this machine that i'm carrying around campus has no NIC (Network Interface Card) ? Hmmm...*ponders at the speed of technology revolution and the backwardness of my lappie*

To shorten the story, i managed to borrow a LAN card from Chee Choon, an ex classmate from last semester. And i survived through today's FIT experiment sitting in between the two communicating PCs of Hafiz's and Diyanah's. Hahaha..middle person eh? I cant be left out..hello..at least i learnt something today. Two hours practical lehz. Cant brood around doing nothing. Internetworking stuff sumore. Fun u noe. IP, subnet mask, blablabla. Weeee! So next Wednesday i gotta borrow a laptop from someone. In the mean time i havent found a verdict yet. *crosses fingers* Oh and no slippers on Wednesday. Kena warning from Mr 'Ngiau' oredi..haha dunno my own lecturer's name. Typical tertiary student...

The day ended earlier than scheduled today coz INT (Internetworking Technology) practical was a breeze. So well, my bro Jihad left me again.. *sighs* to be wif his bro. Hah. But it's ok. I still have my other two bros, Farzi and Dzul. We went to rush through Dzhuhur and waited for Asar as well at our usual musollah at Multimedia blk 27. After that i stayed on with them through late lunch at Canteen 1 and then parted ways. What would i do without them. I'd feel so lost. Coz they're like family to me.

Next issue:
My blog's been tagged by a Taufik..and i emphasize 'a' Taufik..coz hell no i'm not falling for some smart ass typing Taufik's name and making me believe that the Singapore Idol Taufik, a celebrity actually came to MY blog and actually took the trouble to tag me??? I mean what are the odds something like that will happen..hmm, lemme clue ya.. like one in a million? Equals to near impossible!

However...

But in case it really WAS Taufik Batisah tagging me..*blushes*..i cant deny that i'd be really flattered and no amount of thanks would be enough from me. Mak oi..paiseh nyerrr! ;P lolx

Lastly, i've got good news!!!

I FOUND MY LAN CARD!!!!!!!!! Hahahahahahaha..it's in my sister's bag that i wanted to use but in the end tak jadi pakai last Thursday. I slotted the LAN card into one of the pockets and forgot to retrieve it when i changed my mind abt using the bag that day. So there..weeeee!
